Michelle Robin grew up in Parsons, Kansas and after a basketball injury as a teenager, she went to the chiropractor and liked the way it made her feel and wanted to pursue the field.

She is a wellness chiropractor, focusing on full body wellness and she owns a practice called Your Wellness Connection.

She participates in one triathlon a year.

Michelle hosts a podcast called “Small Changes, Big Shifts,” and wrote a book with the same title. She believes that making small changes is a mindset.

Key words to use are simple and consistent, make life more simple, which leads to consistency day to day and puts the odds in your favor.

Michelle began the Big Shifts Foundation.

She’s teaming up with Win For Kc and creating an event called Shifts on September 14, 2019 at UMKC, an event for women and girls ages 12 and up to experience a full day of mindfulness, movement and nutrition.  Will launch a 180 degree experience for women and daughters or women and their mentees to connect soul to soul.
